  Thanks for your prompt reply. It would have been helpful before re-shipping to confirm if a) I still wanted the product even with the delay and (b) if I wanted it shipped to the same place. My project schedule and location had changed because of the COVID situation and on being advised of the delay, I would have either declined the second shipping and bought the paint locally or had you ship it to a different location where I was. However with neither of these options I had to make some inconvenient changes to travel and schedule to get the paint when it was finally delivered to Seattle quite a bit later than when it should have arrived.

  the web site is somewhat confusing to navigate and is misleading. The site initially said I would get 15% off and gave me a code to obtain the discount. Then when I selected the product I wanted the 15% code did not work. I used the chat Feature and to find out why and was told the 15% off did not apply to my selected item.

  When I purchase the shelter Island paint in the past they would supply a free pint of bottom pain booster. This seem to give the paint an extra boost to prevent barnacles. My boat sit on a mooring from May until November in RI. I hope the paint works with out the booster. Charlie
