    They still haven't delivered the second pair of pants I ordered. I ordered two pants, because it was buy one get the second half off. Well, the second pair hasn't come. So, it more like buy one for 150% of the price, and regret your decision. The thing is, this happened when I ordered shorts for my husband in the summer, so this is the SECOND time. Once, you'd think it was a fluke, the second time, I'm feeling like it's a sleezy business model.

I wasn't expecting to get it for Christmas but it didn't even ship until the 6th of January and by then one of the items was out of stock and no chance to pick something else.     The fact that you offer no price adjustments on an item that had not yet been shipped is not a company I choose to do business with. Every online company I order from is more than happy to adjust a price within 14 days especially when the item is still in transit.     Hi, Our return policy is very clear that any items must be returned unworn. The coat you sent back had makeup around the collar and you had even left your gloves in the pocket.     I only received half my order with no update on a back order or anything. Online it says everything was delivered but I only received Jeans. My sweater never arrived. I’ve sent emails, called multiple times, and tried filling out this customer service thing on your website but I couldn’t submit because my order was no longer active. I literally have no way to contact your customer service. It’s not like your customer service it’s bad, it’s so absolutely brutal it practically doesn’t exist.     Customer service was poor. I received a faulty product and they were difficult to communicate with. Product came with a large hole in the pocket, returned it and bought a new one. They sent the same one but stitched up the hole and you can feel it.
