  BUYER BEWARE!! These boxers are TINY. And no returns or exchanges!! Bought $100 worth of size M boxers which are more like S. which don’t fit. There’s nobody to call, it goes straight to voicemail! Check reviews before buying!! They’re unworn, All I needed was to exchange to large but they didn’t allow it!! I’m a size M in all other brands THIS IS WHY AMAZON CANT BE BEAT!!

  If someone needs to change the size then obviously they’re unworn. Why would someone wear all 8 boxers and then say they want to exchange for a another size. I opened one and didn’t even try to try them on since they are TINY like kids size M.

  We always buy this brand. It was great, except that out of two x3 L packs of underwear purchased , 1 pair had L as a size but was definitely way smaller, so we couldn't use it. Other than that, it is all great!

  We finally received our items- which were Christmas presents for my partner.   I received my order on time and was pleased with the shipping updates provided. The teddy coat I felt was more like a medium to large rather than a small. Otherwise very nice product. The only reason I would hesitate in placing a new order with bestsellerclothibg is the returns policy requiring a printed return label . I Find it inconvenient as my printer is not working. A return’s code would be a lot easier and quicker

  My experience is mixed. Shipping is VERY SLOW. Products ship through Canada post. Which we all know stays in their warehouse for over a week without updates. The service needs additional shipping options like FedEx or purolator

  Very responsive merchant. Product was delivered in good shape and appropriate time frame, however I had to return it because it did not fit properly (not merchant fault), and another little inconvenient was that I ordered a black item and received it in navy blue.   Shippining is somewhat unpredictable other than that no complaints. Clothing is always the same as portrayed in the site, which is very good when buying clothes online. Although sizing is always challenging, now I order a size up of the same item and return the one that didnt fit. Returns easy, very straightforward and free.

  I had put in the wrong address told your team write away they said they would fix it but it still had the wrong address on it. Luckily it got delivered to my address still (which I thought I would I just wanted to be safe then sorry) but yah. If it didnt matter that I wrote Avenue twice they should told me instead of saying they changed it when they didn't. But the clothing was nice cooler cute good price.
