  I like the website structure. I enjoy that this company is linked to many companies for review intake. While taking reviews it did take quite a bit of time to receive an email in regarding my reviews that were left. I would only ask for quicker review response. Regardless I enjoy this site.

  After purchasing warranty from company I contacted them regarding my microwave/oven combination for microwave repair. They did not send a repair person, instead stated micro wave too old to repair and offered $95 for replacement. I therefore had to contact my own appliance repair company at my own expense to determine exact nature of repairs. Monies spent for warranty wasted.

  Your company is trying to do an excellent job, however the company you recommended was very deceiving with their information. They stated in large print all appliances were covered when in fact the fine print stated otherwise. I was emailed a copy of the fine print after I agreed to pay the whole warranty premium. Now I am stuck with them for the next year. My home was built in 2004 therefore I’m sure any future requests will be handled the same way. Becky King

  I no longer accept referrals from this company, it's very hard to meet all of their criteria and the compensation is usually less than I have to spend in order to fulfill their requirement for reviewing. Every task requires at least an hour to fill out all the documents. I thought it would at least be fun, but it's just irritating and stressful.

  I just don't trust the ratings initiated by BestCompany. Last year I selected a solar installation company given their top-notch rating at BestCompany. This solar installation took over 9 months and was an overall disaster. Even the follow-up service is piss poor. If I had instead just Yelped this company, I could have observed that my terrible experience was actually most common as reflected by many other Yelp reviewers. Given that, I really don't understand how BestCompany filters, censors, and publishes their rating. All I know is that they are not representative of my actual consumer experience. Between BestCompany and Yielp, the latter seems far more representative than the former.

  I am in favor of "no dog in the hunt" companies such as Best Company, Mozilla, Snopes, etc. I steer clear of politicians, companies, reviewing companies and newspapers who accept lobby perks, ads, payola and any other form of pay for raves. I will continue to donate to those who offer complete transparency and I shall unsubscribe and delete those who don't including politicians!

Such an great way to raise money, HOWEVER, be careful you don’t leave your teams page (very easy to do and very hard to notice) or you won’t make your team any money.   Bestcompany supplied me with excellant leads! i did use one of there recommended companies and so far they have also been excellant.I used SunPower by Bluesel Home Solar Excellant so far to deal and work with. They are very experianced and knowledgeable! Highly recommended !

  I'm still not very happy with American Home Shield. I'm still out over 700 dollars because of their poor quality of service people they have sent out. Mariah Dixon was very help full Tiera was also very helpful today. I don't remember who I talked with on one of my problem so much as called me a liar and that is one reason I'm not very happy with AHS
