  I would give more stars if possible. I was having difficulty with service from a company. I posted my difficulty on bestcompnay.com and received a level of service I was unable to achieve on my own through customer service. I am thankful for the voice that bestcompany.com gave me.

  Leaving a review was easy. But the only true measure of the service is it's ability to affect behavior- save prospective customers bad experiences from bad providers, allow prospective customers to proceed with confidence with a reasonable expectation of a good result. I do not know if my warning has saved anyone a similar bad experience. But it was easy to try.

  I really trust this review company. They aren’t paying for reviews like a lot of companies do this is the only company that I will do reviews through.   Was incredibly disappointed that in your site, as with all aspects of our society these days, the power lies with the company rather than the consumer. Leaving a review should be an honest representation of our experience with a company, but to allow the company to public respond, and pretend they are reaching out to make a situation right, without giving the consumer that same ability to respond publicly to make it known that the company refuses to make it right, makes the whole thing feel fake and as if corporations matter much more than individuals. And keeps other individuals from having. The ability to make a truly informed decision before getting caught in the same trap as a customer. I’m incredibly disillusioned by this experience, which was an honest attempt for me to warm other consumers from going down the same bad path as me and wasting $2k as I did on an inadequate and greedy company.

  First, I wanted breadsticks, which are gone. I wanted the sauces on the side. No air conditioning in building. No offer of a drink while I waited after I came back inside. I had to ask for a bag, since the sauce wasn't put in the box, and I only got 1. After I returned the phone that was left in the lobby, no THANK YOU from the cashier (it was here, no nametag). I asked for water to be put in my bottle. She wouldn't do it and didn't offer a bottle for free for my wait and no air conditioning. I had to ask for a receipt, which put her out. I've just moved and I wasn't impressed

  Tried to get help connecting Alexa to my internet. The first tech didn't know what Alexa was. He was a quick learner though, as the googled it and read the description. He really tried, but no go. The second tech was working with too many people at one time and problem not resolved. I have a home visit scheduled for next week.

  I see. The Opportunity Fund also deserves 1-star review. Horrible waste of time. After reviewing all the documents, they approved me with the $55k business loan. At the final step, Mana (their representative) asked the document that can't be even existed (2017 Business Tax Return). All the documents were clearly stated that the business was founded in 2018) they're unable to move forward with a business loan at this time. This is my second waste of time with them (first time they decline my personal loan). Don't repeat my mistake - this company is a waste of time.

  Best Company is easy to work with and a blessing to find when trying to straighten out your financial life. I was able to get a loan easily to consolidate my debt into one payment.   I used this company to vent my frustration about a company circumstance. I believe using this venue helped me resolve the problem I had with the company of which I was upset. Within days of posting my opinion the company called me to 'resolve' the issue. Thanks for giving me a sounding board. Nice to know someone was listening.

  Very bad experience during the holidays. I order a ATV motorized care for my grandson. When it arrived, we open it on Christmas. It worked for 1-hour then it would only go in reverse. I even took out insurance, but it did not cover it. I returned it after they wanted me to pay for the cost. I had to wait over a week for them to send me a return shipping label. Since then, I have not heard from them.
