  Had not heard of them or at least thought I had not. They were advertising a laser tag package that at the price seemed hard to pass up, though I was skeptical it would be of any quality. I bought four of the packs for families and friends as kind of a secondary gift, again not knowing if they would be any good. I need to learn to be less skeptical...the laser tag packs were not only a hit but even better quality than advertising implied. The families, parents and kids, use them for family game nights and the kids use them with friends with all the proper safety precautions. Home run, touchdown, goal, awesome, great product.

  Well I think they should brodin their scope. They ask questions mostly what a homeowner would have went through except for the phone. I would of loved to continue but I don't own a house. So I don't need a plumber ect. Now if you change the field for different things like shoes,cloths,Amazon, stores,products, I'm all in.

  Took 2 weeks to get water heater and get it installed. Still did not quite fix the problem. Have to hire an electrician now to complete the work . the plumber was excellent in describing the problem and helping to get it resolved!!

  On time service, and we were kept informed of approximate arrival time. When the technician assessed the situation he informed me of the cost to repair, possible time line for the part and whether it was worthwhile for us to fix based on the age of the refrigerator.The tech was most cordial and very honest and very knowledgeable about his undertking. We will use them again, most assuredly. Excellent company to deal with.

  I was given the option to write paid reviews for certain companies in exchange for Amazon gift cards. I provided my honest reviews and they sent me Amazon.com gift cards that don’t work for me since I’m in Canada. I emailed customer service and haven’t received a response in over 2 weeks. Terrible and a waste of time.

I had written 54 reviews based on my personal experiences with the companies product and/or services at a rate of $2 per review (with $38 redeemed) through Amazon gift card. There is a balance of $70 to be redeemed through Amazon gift card. I had initially received $38 Amazon gift card a week after my first reviews, and it's been 3 weeks since I submitted my last approved reviews.

  This company allows unverified reviews to be placed against companies without doing any due diligence on the reviewer. We have had multiple reviews left on Best Company about our Company from people who work for competitors in our industry. When you try to get these reviews removed, They ask you to reach out to a fake reviewer that will never respond. All they want to do is extort money from you so you can be subscribed to them. We do not need fake reviews that bad. They do not reach out to the reviewer to see if it is factual. This company is just as bad as Google reviews, Yelp reviews, Rip off report. I would never recommend this company.

  Love the pan and have to say I use it often. I was surprised how handy the steamer basket has been. Since getting it I have starting steaming my fish - easy and yum! The pan is pricey and if I didn’t love it so much I’d say it is overpriced 🤣. Just get it.

My two issues were: I was not notified the loan had been approved prior to the funds being sent to my account and initially, I thought the application was for Best Egg until I saw on my application the company name was Best Company. It caused for concern since I did not know the company changed names, was merged, or what. By the time I planned to call, the money was in my account so the issue was resolved. But, why two names?

  The Best Buy Geek Squad Team was simply superb. Harris, Angel and Cesar all worked together as a really great efficient, professional team to get my home theater installed properly the first time, with little or no added frustration in buying additional items to support my entire home theater experience, which was greatly enhanced by Harris and Angel's professionalism, great sense of humor, dedication, commitment, and sense of pride in their work, really great work ethic and responsibility. Clearly, these two, Harris, and Angel, will go far in their futures, and I wish them all the best. I highly recommend Cesar, Angel and Harris for salary bonuses and at least a 25% bump-up in the form of a pay raise, and regularly scheduled promotions. Thanks guys, you're the best. Jenny Tarr

  Gave us some hope that we would recoup some of the funds spent for the replacement of our heating/ac unit or to help resolve an issue with the dryer that couldn't be repaired due to a contractor not being available in our area. Nothing was rectified.

  I give them zero stars for the way they handled my claim never called me to give me any updates o had to find out for my self . Then they told me they would reach out to me why I gave them such a poor rating they never did they said they were going call me a month and Half later they do I didn’t answer called them right back in 5 minutes told me they would reach back out to me a d never did horrible horrible company. They don’t care about there customers just about the bottom dollar !!

  I like to write reviews. I have written several for Best Company. The things I like: if the reviews does not meet the criteria or product description, you are given an opportunity to correct or edit your review. There are a wide variety of products and companies to review. The things that could be improved: they don’t value longer more detailed reviews over short reviews. They consider a review of 3 sentences as “amazing”. They truncate all reviews to a single paragraph making longer reviews harder to read. If they are after shorter reviews they need to add more multiple choice questions to flush out information. They need to rank reviews so people can recognize a senior review vs a new or novice reviewer.

  It's helpful to be able to see other people's opinions on companies and bestcompany provides an easy way to access those reviews without going to each company's website individually. Bestcompany has a friendly user-interface and I like that they support worthwhile national organizations as well.
