  I was recently in an accident, as i was 6 months pregnant you can imagine how scared I was. My agent took care of everything and made sure I was not under ant added stress. I got a great rental and my truck was fixed in no time. I'm back on the road with Keystone. They are truly like FAMILY

  I would love to tell my whole experience of an auto claim that became a nightmare, but after calling and speaking to Brent I can tell you he is what Bear river stands for! Brent ended up helping take over communication when I no longer could speak to our claims rep. He intervened and help sort out, and came up with a solution to help us out. He even came to our home to help with an agreement that needed to have a witness for. He was very personable and was knowledgeable with information. He truly was out to help us as customers. Thanks Brent you helped us more than you know!

  We have been using Bear River for years, but recently added a new policy for our home. I was so impressed with how quickly the responded to every question I had, gave us great rates, found ways to save us money and drafted our new policy. I was also impressed by how the agents helped each other. Brent went above and beyond setting up our policy while our usual agent was on vacation. That spoke volumes to us. It was such an easy process and always a pleasure to work with them.

  Karen at Keystone insurance made changing my auto insurance quick and painless. Not to mention she saved me from a 100% increase in my premiums that my previous provider was going to charge me for adding on a couple of teenage drivers. I can’t recommend Keystone highly enough!

  Was told to hold off until I turned 25 first before joining to get the best rates in the mean time, I waited no more than a week after my birthday and got contacted and got the best rate I've been offered personally. Definitely stoked to join and stay for years to come!!

  I feel good about my experience with Keystone. Celia was very helpful getting me covered with SR-22 before my licence was about to be suspended. I was kinda in a panic and she made me feel at ease she could get me the coverage in time. After three weeks I finally found the vehicle I wanted and my insurance premium would have increased more than 300%. Celia was able to find a different company with a monthly premium I could afford and she did it within 24 hours. I purchased my new vehicle in Phoenix, Arizona and was covered within one hour after I arrived. I was back on the road home to Salt Lake City, Utah two hours later. Thanks Celia! Just an update here. I've been with Bear River Mutual/Keystone Insurance Services for a little over three months now and would like to add the service there continues to be excellent. Celia, Gabriella and Tamara have all been a pleasure to do business with. When I switched over from Dairyland to United apparently United dropped the ball and forgot to inform the DMV of my policy with them. As a result I received a notice from the DMV saying my drivers license had been suspended (4 days after the fact and I opened it on a Friday evening so there was no one I could call all weekend until Monday morning). I called Keystone1st thing Monday morning and they got United to immediately send the info to the DMV who in turn immediately reversed their decision regarding my drivers license and removed the mistake from my license history. Though I can't give United or the DMV the same high marks, Celia, Gabriella and Tamara at Bear River Mutual/Keystone Insurance Services are still delivering the best customer care one

  I have been with Keystone for a couple of years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their rates are cheaper than most big car insurance companies and you get the same if not better coverage with Keystone. I am in my mid 20’s working and going to school full time so at times I struggle with payments but I have been able to work closely with Tamra, she is kind and very understanding. At work, I am unable to call so I use email to correspond with her and always receive a prompt reply to my questions. Great company!

  Thanks for the great work from Bear River mutual. The insurance companies were giving us a difficult time with our roof on a rental unit. Mitch did a lot of searching and was able to reduce our rate by over 200 dollars. I appreciate the extra effort made on my behalf. The landlord insurance rates for my other rentals were also 100 to 200 dollars cheeper

Jason Rivera has always gone above and beyond for us, he responds within minutes, and always makes sure we are satisfied with everything before we end our conversation. We couldn't have asked for a better insurance agent. If for some reason Jason isn't available, Gabby has treated us with the same kindness and respect that Jason does. I wish we could give them way more than just 5 stars!! They truly care about their customers and go completely out of their way to help us whenever we need them. They treat you like family. I had an entire list of changes I needed to make after I was hit on the freeway and my car had to be totaled. She helped me with each one of these changes. She followed up just like she said she would and sent me the additional information I requested.

  Was with a different insurance company costing me an arm and a leg and had to use their device under my dash to monitor my driving. Was referred to Mitch by a friend. He worked hard and found me a policy for half the price and same coverage. A reputable company I might add. I jumped at the chance. I'm saving $80 a month thanks to him!!!! I've already recommended him to my other friends!!!!

  I loved having Jason as my agent! As a college student with little knowledge on car insurance, he was patient to explain the policy to me and was genuinely trying to help me to save money. I never had a problem with billing. The secretaries there are also very nice.

  Jason Rivera is THE best agent. He is always so friendly and very patient with all of my questions. He makes sure I understand the different policies. He is also very prompt when returning all of my emails and makes the insurance process SO easy. I really appreciate him and his efforts!   I have LOVED using Bear River agents to help with my car insurance. They are always very proactive about making sure my policy stays active and that I am getting the best rate.   These guys are great! I have my homeowners and autos insured with Keystone. Their prices are extremely competitive and they answer questions right away. I rarely have to wait long for a response. I've never had to make a claim but I've heard from friends that have and they've never complained. Highly recommended.
