  went to get a quote for several policies and the person giving the quote asks if i drink Alcohol?And i say sometimes. Then she says well wont insure you Wow I am over 21. Well then looked elsewhere. Who needs a company that will not respect my freedoms and choices.

  Keystone Insurance has been great to work with. I recently got married, and started shopping around for car insurance. I ended up having over 20 tabs on my laptop, with a range of options. Keystone was by far the cheapest insurance I could find, and they were quick to help out. Mitch answered all my questions and helped me understand everything, as I’m new to the insurance realm. I was able to set up automatic payments from my bank account, sign documents electronically, and have all statements and future statements become paperless (not needing to be mailed). My policy got set up instantly and became effective as soon as I signed docs. Would definitely recommend!

  Mitch was the one who worked with me and my wife. We had previously been with a company (rhymes with Biberty Nutual) since 2014. Zero accidents in over a decade, both over 25, FC on one car and LC on the other. We were paying DOUBLE with our old insurance company! Not hyperbole. Literally double what Mitch was able to get for us. If you are not with Bear River, it’s worth the time to call up Mitch and ask him to work his magic. You have nothing to lose except for a lot of money. Totally up to you.

  Noemi always takes care of us, very responsive and easy to work with. As a young couple getting insurance for the first time, they offered us a much better rate than some of the bigger companies (Geico, State Farm, All State, etc). Only had to do a claim once for roadside assistance, it was easy and quick. I’d recommend them to anyone, been a great experience as first time insurance buyers.

  Karen was really great! She was extremely pleasant to talk to and she was able to help solve the problem I ran into quickly. I talk to a lot of people over the phone, but she was definitely one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever spoken to. If her managers are reading this, give her a raise. She’s awesome.

  I worked with Mitch Tate. Met him a few weeks ago while getting dinner. I found out he sells insurance, and the end of my current car plan was coming up, so we started emailing. Working with one other brokerage, and my current provider, they both thought I was joking when I told them what rate Mitch found for me. The quote he got me had more coverage and for half the price than the other two providers. Not saying that’ll be the case every time, but as a 26 year old, I've never seen a better deal on car insurance for my age. Plus he’s quick to respond, answered all my questions, and got it set up super quickly over the phone once it was time to finalize everything.

  We’ve had Bear River Home and Auto policies for more than 15 years and absolutely love Bear River! We originally set up our policies through another agency but with some recent changes to our policy that agency was not providing a positive customer service experience for us. It seems we contact our insurance agency like once every 5-10 years and one of the few times we needed help with some policy adjustments we just weren’t getting the help and communication we needed. After researching other agencies that worked with Bear River, I found Keystone. I called and talked with Karen and we were able to transfer our existing policy to their agency. I was drawn to Keystone because of the overwhelming positive google reviews. And they deserve them! Karen was so quick to communicate and get our policy transferred. We’ve just begun working with Keystone, but I expect to continue to have a positive experience with them as these last few weeks have proven to be worth the move!

  They are always easy to talk to and quick to get things done. Much nicer than talking to my health insurance! When I did get in a slight accident the agent provided me all my options and was very patient. The adjuster was very kind and treated me like a human who had had a traumatic experience. Plus, their prices can't be beat! But they don't treat you cheap.

  I love these guys! Able to save me more money on car issuance compared to everyone else. Love the simplicity of adding cars and taking cars off of my policy and all of the representatives I've talked to have been very courteous and very helpful.

  They were a great company to use! At first we were paying less than $80 a month for premium quality insurance, then this last year it jumped up an additional $25 without any notice and when we tried getting answers we kept getting the run around. Their mobile app could use a lot of work as well and be updated to friendlier use, but other than that. It's a good company. I'd still recommend them for new drivers, but I'd advise that you keep bugging them to contact you back if you have any questions or concerns about your policy.

  My local friend recommended me this insurance but, I already had another insurance at the time. When I told with the agency Mitch, he was so friendly and kind. Also, the estimated quote was pretty cheap while another companies. I recommend this company with confidence.

  I have dealt with several insurance agencies over the past few years I have been in Utah. Mitch Tate has been hands down the best yet. The whole reason of having an agent is so you can call and communicate. Not have to call an 800 number get stuck on several menus, ETC. With Mitch I just call the office and they put me thru. If not, they step in and help with what ever. I highly recommend the switch. Mitch came highly recommended and have been very impressed so far. Great job to you and team.

  The service is always great. They respond quickly to emails. I sent an email at 2 on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to hear back until the next week. They replied within the hour answering all of my questions and making the changes that I requested.
