  We shopped around for Auto insurance for months, looking for the best coverage for the best deal. Bear River (through Keystone) had by far the best rates. If you are a Utah driver I highly recommend them. My wife has been rear ended twice since we have been insured with them and they were fast and responsive both times in helping us get the most possible compensation for these accidents. They are easy to work with in person, over email or on the phone.

I call, they pick up the phone, I email and they respond right back and if my rep is busy there’s someone else happy to jump in and help.   I would love to tell my whole experience of an auto claim that became a nightmare, but after calling and speaking to Brent I can tell you he is what Bear river stands for! Brent ended up helping take over communication when I no longer could speak to our claims rep. He intervened and help sort out, and came up with a solution to help us out. He even came to our home to help with an agreement that needed to have a witness for. He was very personable and was knowledgeable with information. He truly was out to help us as customers. Thanks Brent you helped us more than you know!

  When I call the Bear River office there is always a super nice person who answers right away. Noemi, who in particular, recently helped me through an issue in a very kind way. If you want the good old local feel of customer service then this is the place to go. . . in addition, the price is not bad at all.

  Oh my goodness, what a riot. We wanted to compare prices for insurance and called to get a quote for Bear River Mutual. Karen spent literally 2 hrs with me back and forth, helping me gather the necessary information. It was so comical and could have been very frustrating for her but she kept it light and laughable. She was so patient and in the end we were successful. Whahoo. . . . And even better, the savings to us was close to $900 between our car and home insurance. Another Whaoo!!!   I purchased a new car, had to add it, and remove my previous vehicle. Instead of going into the office, I called. The agent took care of my needs in minutes. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my new insurance card, and knew what my new insurance payment would be in minutes. Great experience!

  For last few months going thru divorce, I've had to call Keystone Ins many times to change policies and have them explain each policy's details.   Good customer service. However pricing is never the same when they give you the estimate and when the quote is given. My initial estimate and the actual quote given were about $150 off.

  Kind, made thinks quick and easy! I always get my insurance cards and any notice of things I need to take care of. Good communication. I have been with them since 2007. Appreciate doing business with them and do NOT plan on going elsewhere.

  This was easily the best rate I've found by about 50 dollars a month on a 2 car policy. I kept looking for the catch, but there really wasn't one. Mitch was super helpful and the office was prompt and professional. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.
