  I have LOVED using Bear River agents to help with my car insurance. They are always very proactive about making sure my policy stays active and that I am getting the best rate. This month, they saved me hundreds of dollars on my premium by finding a new policy for me that had my required driver's policy included for free. All the agents I’ve worked with have been very helpful, especially Celia Rodriguez.

  Was with a different insurance company costing me an arm and a leg and had to use their device under my dash to monitor my driving. Was referred to Mitch by a friend. He worked hard and found me a policy for half the price and same coverage. A reputable company I might add. I jumped at the chance. I'm saving $80 a month thanks to him!!!! I've already recommended him to my other friends!!!!

  I purchased a new car, had to add it, and remove my previous vehicle. Instead of going into the office, I called. The agent took care of my needs in minutes. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my new insurance card, and knew what my new insurance payment would be in minutes. Great experience!

  Mitch was the one who worked with me and my wife. We had previously been with a company (rhymes with Biberty Nutual) since 2014. Zero accidents in over a decade, both over 25, FC on one car and LC on the other. We were paying DOUBLE with our old insurance company! Not hyperbole. Literally double what Mitch was able to get for us. If you are not with Bear River, it’s worth the time to call up Mitch and ask him to work his magic. You have nothing to lose except for a lot of money. Totally up to you.

  I have been with Keystone for a couple of years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their rates are cheaper than most big car insurance companies and you get the same if not better coverage with Keystone. I am in my mid 20’s working and going to school full time so at times I struggle with payments but I have been able to work closely with Tamra, she is kind and very understanding. At work, I am unable to call so I use email to correspond with her and always receive a prompt reply to my questions. Great company!

  Jason Rivera is THE best agent. He is always so friendly and very patient with all of my questions. He makes sure I understand the different policies. He is also very prompt when returning all of my emails and makes the insurance process SO easy. I really appreciate him and his efforts! Also, the low rates we pay for all of our policies is unheard of. Definitely recommend!! ?????

  They were a great company to use! At first we were paying less than $80 a month for premium quality insurance, then this last year it jumped up an additional $25 without any notice and when we tried getting answers we kept getting the run around. Their mobile app could use a lot of work as well and be updated to friendlier use, but other than that. It's a good company. I'd still recommend them for new drivers, but I'd advise that you keep bugging them to contact you back if you have any questions or concerns about your policy.

  I have dealt with several insurance agencies over the past few years I have been in Utah. Mitch Tate has been hands down the best yet. The whole reason of having an agent is so you can call and communicate. Not have to call an 800 number get stuck on several menus, ETC. With Mitch I just call the office and they put me thru. If not, they step in and help with what ever. I highly recommend the switch. Mitch came highly recommended and have been very impressed so far. Great job to you and team.

  Keystone Insurance has been great to work with. I recently got married, and started shopping around for car insurance. I ended up having over 20 tabs on my laptop, with a range of options. Keystone was by far the cheapest insurance I could find, and they were quick to help out. Mitch answered all my questions and helped me understand everything, as I’m new to the insurance realm. I was able to set up automatic payments from my bank account, sign documents electronically, and have all statements and future statements become paperless (not needing to be mailed). My policy got set up instantly and became effective as soon as I signed docs. Would definitely recommend!

  Jason helped me get Home Owners insurance and Earthquake insurance on a condo purchase. He was super nice with explaining how condo insurance prices differ from stand-alone home insurance prices. He also researched my condo's HOA Earthquake insurance specifics so I knew what was already covered and my part of the deductible. As a young couple getting insurance for the first time, they offered us a much better rate than some of the bigger companies (Geico, State Farm, All State, etc).   Nothing but very helpful people that get great insurance and if you don't make their qualifications they help you get into someone else, super easy, cheap and very nice.   The service is always great. They respond quickly to emails. I sent an email at 2 on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to hear back until the next week. They replied within the hour answering all of my questions and making the changes that I requested.

  Was told to hold off until I turned 25 first before joining to get the best rates in the mean time, I waited no more than a week after my birthday and got contacted and got the best rate I've been offered personally. Definitely stoked to join and stay for years to come!!
