  I love my artwork. Receiving it was hassle-free and quick. I had expected some Certificate of Authenticity or information on the artist or art work with it, but simply received the beautiful canvas sans any additional information (except the bill of lading in French).

  Consulting the site is easy. Classification into different themes (sculptures, prints, paintings, ..) and art movements easily leads you to what you are looking for. The payment process also runs as desired. I only have comments about the information provided about the artwork with my recent purchase. For example, it is stated that the artwork is signed by the artist and that it is a limited edition of 3 copies. However, I do not see a signature on the delivered artwork or any indication of which copy of the limited edition it could be. Could you let me clarify this through the gallery.

  I have purchased several pieces from Artsper - and we have enjoyed them. Recently, one of our pieces hadn't made it from the gallery it was being held. I reached out and eloise was all over it - and was in daily communication with me advising what steps were being taken to locate it. It did come in the mail 2 days ago and we are so happy to include it in our collection.

  The website showcases beautifully distinctive art, is well designed and visually appealing. Customer service is prompt and attentive. I just wish there had not been a delay in the delivery since the website says 7 days and took over two weeks. However, art arrived in perfect conditions, and it’s remarkable.

  I was slightly concerned as this was my first order since Brexit and the on-going issues with Covid. However, my concerns were unfounded as I actually received my order, to the UK rapidly and securely. I received this order quicker than art I also ordered based in the UK. I was kept informed, the art was wrapped securely and I will be purchasing art again soon. I was very pleased.
