  There is a huge choice on Asper for very varied tastes and very good options how to narrow down what you are looking for. I liked very much that the delivery price to my country was displayed together with the price and there was also a possibility to make an offer. The photos are good and the pictures with furniture are helpful to understand the dimensions. For this particular painting I ordered, however, the colours looked a bit different on the computer or on the phone screen than in reality. Maybe some colours are more difficult to display quite correctly on screen. (Another painting I ordered was exactly like in the photos.)

  Love my first painting purchased through Artsper. The glass broke during shipping but the customer service of the gallery and site was rapid and thorough. Very happy and plan to buy more from the same artist in the near future. The website is very easy to use. I like that it lists art in metric and gives you the size right under the thumbnail, unlike other competitor sites.

  Everything was excellent. Everything was excellent. My only issue is that I did not get a reminder that from Switzerland we have to pay 30% of the total cost in duty and taxes which is something I had not planned on. I know it was my responsibility but I would have appreciated a heads up.

  The website and purchasing process was fine. The only issue I found was that the packaging was pretty sparse for a painting traveling international. The packaging was in really rough and bent up shape upon arrival. I feared the worst, but fortunately the painting arrived with only a small dent at the top of the canvass. So, I would have liked to have seen a more sturdy packaging job.

  While buying two works of art by KEF ! during this time of COVIS everything went very well and the artworks were shipped very quick and safely , well packaged . But Artsper advertised while selling these artworks that a Certificate of Authenticity would be sent along with the artwork . They weren’t . I received a email telling me to download the certificates from the internet but there’s a problem with that ! Certificates of Authenticity are ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED by the Museum or Art Dealer and certified with a ORIGINAL signature as a proof of authenticity . As of now , I’m still waiting but I don’t believe the seller understands how important this is for the purchaser/collector . Thank you very much . ***** ****
