  Searching through a very large catalogue of art was relatively easy, made easier by the AI powered discovery tool. Purchasing was a breeze too. But it took a while for the piece to arrive and I didn’t get much updates at all. Also the piece itself is nice but not mind blowing nice.

  Excellent buying experience with Artsper, so far. This is the second time I buy a work of art through them and it has been pretty smooth. The only thing is that this last time, the package was not delivered to my home address, but rather to some obscure drop off place that was far from my home and I had to walk many blocks in the rain to get to it. Not sure why this happened but I wish it would not ever happen again.

  Very efficient orders. I was kept well informed until I received the painting. Could not have been better. However it would have been helpful to be quoted and/or informed about the customs and applicable charges that needed to be paid to DHL when they delivered the order. I had to pay ca 70 euros extra and fill in in custom forms more less unexpected.

  Excellent service. I purchased mostly emergent artists in certain categories. You all find new unheard of artist before they become famous and pricier.   One purchase went well. The other had a delay, then I was told the gallery didn’t update its inventory so I couldn’t buy the painting I had paid for, but there were other choices attached. Nothing was attached and no one will reply to my email about it. I contacted customer service again about another painting from the same artist and I haven’t heard back. I haven’t received much information on the art that I actually did buy, but it says it is coming. Crossing fingers.
