  Our washing machine was leaking and Sean came the next day and took a look at it. He confirmed what we suspected that we needed a new machine, the old one was at end of life and to repair the old machine was costly. He recommended a couple of models to look. He was courteous, prompt and very helpful. I would definitely use him again.

  My washing machine was leaking, so I reached out to Maple Leaf Appliances on Sunday. Within 24 hours they attended and managed to fix the issue. Im very happy with the prompt response and the service that I received.

  Service technician was very friendly and helpful and arrived on time to repair my dryer. Our dryer was not heating, the technician was able to get the dryer to heat while at our house but the next morning the dryer would not heat. I called customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done since the technician already completed his trip. I have since bought a new dryer.

  I had a great experience with Maple Leaf Appliances when they diagnosed and fixed an issue with my dryer. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and capable, quickly identifying that a foreign object in the dryer  was causing the malfunction. They removed the blockage, cleaned everything thoroughly, and even suggested improvements to prevent future problems. The service was on time and the job was completed promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!

  Their service was fast and reliable. I found the repair fee for higher end appliances (Miele) to be a bit high and was confused on when a service/diagnostic fee would be charged or refunded when work was done.  All in all I have enjoyed their work the two times I have used them.

  Had such a great experience we booked a service call for our rental suite. Diagnose the issue within the first ten minutes and fix the issue within the hour. Although I hope to never have an appliance breakdown again, I am glad I to know who to call.

  My dishwasher overflowed and damaged the wooden flooring in front of it. I asked Maple Leaf repair to send someone to fix it. The technician called to be sure I was at home, arrived on time, and showed me that I was using dishwashing liquid instead of dishwasher liquid, and it was the foam from the wrong liquid that caused the overflow. He also cleaned out the machine, and checked that it now works properly. Really excellent service.

  We had a problem with the door locking on our oven. Maple Leaf was able to respond quickly to our call for help. The problem was diagnosed, parts were ordered and the repair completed as outlined by the service technician. We were given accurate information and timely service.   Called 15 min before arriving which was helpful given a 3 hour window to help assess our washer. The technician came prepared with a tab that is used to clean mold from the inside drum and assessed that it was a common issue. They suggested a full drum would be much more costly than trying this cleaning tabs first, which seems to have worked. Because it was such a quick visit he also offered to look at our dishwasher that we have been having issues with. Note to check how youd like to pay as there is a 3% charge for credit card.

  Quick. Honest pricing. Thorough. Alex came out on schedule and was very kind and helpful. He was super professional and fixed my dishwasher in just a matter of moments  Then he ran some tests to make sure everything was fine and priced the service accordingly   I would use them again just due to how simple they made the process for me and their professionalism.

  Overall was really happy. Got the problem fixed quickly and Tyler was great and easy to deal with. It was expensive, but I completely understand that had everything to do with parts and not the repair service. I wish you werent stuck into paying for a quote that took him just 2 seconds thats my only complaint but overall would not hesitate to use them again

  The techie arrived within the booked time window.  I told him what was going on, what I did, what the washer did and didn't do.  We connected everything back up, he ran it through it's cycles and everything was working as it should.  Seems the machine was just protesting about the pillows I was washing. I will be more careful in future.  I am glad I called Maple Leaf and will not hesitate to call them should I need them for any appliance issue.  I will also recommend them to anyone who tells me they need an appliance repaired.  Thanks everyone !

  We needed a professional advise on our Maytag fridge repair. I called MLAR at around 5 pm on Wednesday, and to my surprise the service was arranged for the very next day, morning time. Master arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. We got an advise on how to try to revive our fridge, along with an estimate for the possible repair. We ended up ordering the new fridge from Costco, yet really pleased with the Maple Leaf Appliance Repair service. Highly recommended.

  The technician was exactly on time, and was very personable and professional. However, my machine was not fixed because I was quoted a price that made the repair of my 10+ year old washer a poor option. I was told that "the main board was defective and not delivering power to the drain pump" (paraphrasing). However, no electrical testing was done. I can't honestly say that "I don't know what's wrong" was the real answer I got from the technician?

  The repair man they sent was polite and efficient. He got the job done in no time flat. My dryer needed new support rollers and a belt tensioner. He got it done way faster than I ever could and I would have missed the tensioner. I'm very satisfied with the work and it saved me from going shopping for a new set of washer and dryer even though they are 17 years old. I'll just keep repairing them until something major goes.

  Washing machine was giving an error code. Contacted on Sunday evening. Maple Leaf was able to send a technician for Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday). Technician arrived in scheduled time window. Issue was diagnosed and machine is working. Repair was expensive, but I didn't have the luxury of comparison shopping, so I'm not sure if competitors offer better pricing. I am satisfied with the service.
