  Card twice declined, your website asked me to call you. However when calling you, your AllHDD rep asked me to call Citi. Citi rep told me to call AllHDD because Citi approved the transaction. :-( My subsequent effort initiative to conference both parties resulted in AllHDD telling me that the cause of the error was simply my billing address. In my opinion, this could have been resolved during the first call to AllHDD. All it took was a little bit of patience and curious interest in the sell.

  Make the change that doesn't allow Canadian addresses to place orders over $1000 instead of relying that we read the terms and conditions. In 20 years of ordering in the US, it's the first time I come across this. Also, I have no idea why I was requested to fax in a photo ID, which I did before getting an email that said that the order was cancelled at my request. Which I then had to call again to find out why. If this is proving to be too difficult, I can't imagine getting the right parts.
