  Had to place the entire order in my wife's name. Would not let me order in my name since I used a debit card that has her name on it. After trying it in her name the order went through no problem.

  Worst experience EVER. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't choose zero stars. Everything on my order was "in stock" on their website, yet the order was held up because one item failed inspection. It was refurbished, which I knew, but you'd think they would test it *before* they put it on the website to sell it. I told them to take it off the order and ship the rest. They said they would... 9 days later, still no shipment. I had to call them daily for updates. The customer service is so poor, the people I talked to couldn't care less about my order. They have to call over to the "warehouse manager" to find out what's going on and that guy is never around. I've been buy equipment for 25 years, having never had such a poor experience.

  I will NEVER, EVER purchase from this company again. While the product was great, their turn around time and customer service were EXCEPTIONALLY POOR! I called multiple times to get shipping information it was never provided and I was always told I would be called back in 30 minutes and never, not once did I receive a call back as promised. It took more than 2 weeks to receive a drive and no communication about why. I felt the whole time they dropped the ball on shipping my order and if I had not stayed on them about my order I likely would still not have my drive. ABSOLUTELY and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
