  I had to submit credit card authorization form because I was shipping it to my home instead of office. Mildly annoying, but I guess you have to protect yourselves. I changed my mind about shipping and called in to ask for 2nd day delivery. Agent was very helpful and even promoted it to "overnight". This was a bit confusing since the order was placed on a Friday, so I was hoping for delivery on Saturday, but it arrived first thing Monday morning. It would have been nice if he had explained it would come Monday. Product arrived on time and worked great. Thanks.

  As I earlier had purchased a PTX 12X camera from ALLHDD, I went to the site to order another of the same. Thinking it also was a 12X, I was surprised to find I had instead been sent a 4X model. And, it was coated with dirt and dust. On the other hand, it otherwise functions well.

  First: had to contact customer service to get the order 'unfrozen', even though we have ordered many times from AllHDD. Second: had to reach out to find out why the product had not shipped, and was told by CS they would hurry up the shipping department and accelerate shipping to 2-day Third: had to reach out *again* and open ticket to find out why HDD had still not yet shipped.. ..and then had the whole order canceled. AllHDD should have either fulfilled the order as promised, or canceled it within 24 hours. Letting that drag out nearly 10 days is unprofessional and very frustrating.
