  I have ordered several times from you. I even logged in earlier to place an order, when thru the checkout process, received a message "Service Unavailable", waited a couple of hours, then told I could not login, doesn't recognize email. The effect is a 1% difference in price, no biggie, the issue is why I had to re-register.

  Purchased the product on July 8th. On July 14th I followed up via chat when I saw it hadn't shipped yet. Was told that it would ship tomorrow. On July 16th I followed up again via chat when I saw the status hadn't changed to shipped. I was on hold in chat for 25 minutes with no response while he was "checking" the order status. Never got a response from him so I ended the chat and called their number and spoke with someone. This person checked the order and said it was definitely shipping today. Satisfied, I hung up hoping to receive the server NICs I ordered. July 17th I received a cancelation of order notice from them! ALLHDD.COM IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

  I was having problems finding a certain router and I stumbled upon Allhdd.com and it said they had these in stock. I also was chatting with a representative who got me set up with the tax exemption form. A few days later I got a cancellation email because they didn't have it. Good price but the website needs work.

  I ordered on a Friday and paid for overnight shipping to receive the item on Monday. But I didn't receive the item on Monday. I paid $80+ for overnight shipping and when the item didn't arrive I called you and I was told, "We'll take a discount off the purchase." I received a 2% discount. Really? Pretty pathetic. If you wanted my business again, you could have considered refunding the full shipping cost or at least the amount over the 2nd day air shipping cost. I can deal with the fact that the item arrived a day late. But a 2% discount is an insult.

  Setting up the shipping address when it didn't match the billing address was quite tedious and required that a form be filled out. Very inconvenient when the name on the card, the name on the shipping, and the recipient on the delivery address were all the same.
