  The checkout says to put in a form if the billing / shipping address is different, but doesn't say where to send it. Looked on the form, there's an email address on the bottom, greyed out and in small print. Also, the first time I tried to check out, it said "Service Unavailable." Only reason I'm still here is because this is the only place that can overnight the part we need for our client.

  Shopping for my purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was FAST! My only issues was the packaging, it could have been a bit more protective. The box was tearing and 2 of my orders were scratched from the area where the tear was located. I would assume some cushion like styrofoam and a tougher box would prevent damaging my order.
