  I was not happy with your service at all. I reached out to you all several time for assistance with my quote #21661, I was told someone would call me back several times, I left vm's and tried paying online and once I did get to speak to someone I was advised your website was down for maintenance and once I did speak to a sales person I was told due to my quote only being good for 2 days that the price I was quoted $1185.00 was not longer good and it jumped to $6950.00 which is unexceptable. I had to purchase a refurbished item and had to pay for expedited shipping due to this problem.

  HELLO, I placed the order Next Day Air at about 10:30 AM after being assured that the item would ship that day as I needed it for a service call for my business the next day. It did not arrive on time and when I checked with them they said they'd check. A while later I received an email that it shipped that day, the day I needed it. Also they still charged me next day shipping even though it was actually 2 Day as far as I was concerned. In addition, the price for the item was quite high but they promised next day delivery which others didn't and I needed the part. Needless to say, I lost the money from service call cancellation plus paying next day shipping for a part I now had no use for. Also needless to say, that's the last time I purchase from them.
