  The website was easy to use and really helpful to find what you need. Having an instant quote was helpful to find out the price. Choosing the fast track service sped up my order and arrived within a couple of days which was great.   We were looking for new parts as well as some old model parts. We were amazed with the prices of the new model items. Also found the old model parts some of which we were having a hard time to find. Liked their customer support the way they assisted us to be sure about what we were looking for.   The way their customer service assisted me during the whole order confirmation and shipment process i really appreciate their attitude of doing business.   The prices for the hard drives I purchased were much lower than other sites so I was skeptical. There were also mixed reviews online which made me cautious prior to buying. I purchased 4 hard drives initially to make sure they were the right model and functioned properly. They ended up working fine so I purchased in bulk. The checkout process was pretty straightforward. The customer service was excellent and fast. I called to ask a couple of questions about the product and the lady I spoke to was very helpful.

  I wanted to know the difference between AL15SEB24EQ and AL15SEB24EQY, there is almost $100 difference per hard drive. I am putting these drives in an ASUS RS700A-E9-RS12 Server. I could not get an answer.

  I will NEVER, EVER purchase from this company again. While the product was great, their turn around time and customer service were EXCEPTIONALLY POOR! I called multiple times to get shipping information it was never provided and I was always told I would be called back in 30 minutes and never, not once did I receive a call back as promised. It took more than 2 weeks to receive a drive and no communication about why. I felt the whole time they dropped the ball on shipping my order and if I had not stayed on them about my order I likely would still not have my drive. ABSOLUTELY and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
