  Came promptly, however failed self test. Immediatly email support as directed in shiping instructions. No response. Next day called customer service. They said to send it back. asked for a replacement and they said no. Had to deal with two separate depts/persons. Very disfunctional. would not use again.

  Make the change that doesn't allow Canadian addresses to place orders over $1000 instead of relying that we read the terms and conditions. In 20 years of ordering in the US, it's the first time I come across this. Also, I have no idea why I was requested to fax in a photo ID, which I did before getting an email that said that the order was cancelled at my request. Which I then had to call again to find out why. If this is proving to be too difficult, I can't imagine getting the right parts.

  We had the absolute worst experience with ALLHDD.com they should actually change their name to NOHDD.com in fact we tried to order this product twice and had so many issue with trying to get this. I have called in multiple times to get updates and more details on this. Depending on the person I talked to I would get a different answer. They didn't have stock or drive failed their test, incorrect information on used product labeled as new. Also expected call backs, some said the same day or within 20 minutes to find the answer and never got a call back. When I escalated this to a supervisor they said none were available and they would call me back. Of course we never did get a call back and get this resolved. They ended up holding up the money on our credit card even though we canceled but they never submitted the cancelation, so it was harder to purchase from somewhere else.

  It arrived and immediately failed in my RAID. I moved the good disk to the same slot and it continued to read as good. I moved the new drive to the slot where the good disk had been and it immediately failed. I will be returning the drive.

  i have ordered many times in the past few years from ALLHDD and have had no issues whatsoever. I placed an order on 2/3/2022 that also went through with no issues. I placed another order on 2/8/2022 with the same billing, shipping, and CC as the order on 2/3/2022 and have had nothing but issues with it. I have sent multiple emails to billing and admin and have received no replies. I have tried calling several times and it just times out after a while and you are forced to leave a call back # - which I have - but have never been called back. I am trying to find out what the issue is, but no one will tell me.
