  I had to RMA a card I ordered and you shipped me the wrong card, I asked for you to correct the issue and I had to ship back the wrong card which cost me $25, and when I asked you to ship the correct card , you said you needed to inspect the first order. I just bought the card again and asked you to cover next day air for all my trouble and you said we'll take that into account, so far I am not impressed and could not recommend you because of this experience.

  Perfectly functional drive with Seagate firmware, NOT Dell-specific firmware. Expect minor crying from Dell servers about it being an unvalidated drive. (Not sure why they have Dell/Seagate in the product title)

  This company is a joke. Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called before I ordered to verify that this item was in stock. I placed my order on 1-5-21. I asked for and paid for it to be shipped expedited. On 1-7-21, it still hadn't shipped so I called again. I was told it was shipping that day. On 1-11-21, I received an email cancelling my order because it wasn't in stock. If they had told me on 1-5 when I called it wasn't in stock, I would have ordered from someone else-- which I ended up having to do. (Thanks Amazon. Cheaper and with next day delivery.) In short, this company has terrible processes that lead to terrible outcomes supported by terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

  I order this product because it said the manufacturer is Dell. It is not. It is a Chinese clone and is not new. One can find new Chinese clones for half this price. I’m happy to pay more to get the product I want. I wanted a refurbed Dell power supply and did not get it.
