  Shopping for my purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was FAST! My only issues was the packaging, it could have been a bit more protective. The box was tearing and 2 of my orders were scratched from the area where the tear was located. I would assume some cushion like styrofoam and a tougher box would prevent damaging my order.

  Overnight delivery was purchased so the order would have been available for a scheduled appointment but it arrived a day late and was not able to install it on my scheduled work day. Product may be satisfactory but won’t know now until the next appointment window in a few weeks.

  I said on the website that they had this router in stock. I also talked with a representative on chat and he got me setup with the tax exemption form. A few days later I got an email saying the order was canceled because the router wasn't in stock anymore.

  Terrible service. I placed an urgent order for some hard drives, I agreed to $160 of shipping fees to get the drives in a couple of days. It was charged on my credit card. After three days of no activity, I called several times to eventually be told I had to fill in a form for orders to Canada with photo ID and fax it to them. I took care of it. After another two days of no activity I got a message stating that my order had been cancelled at my request. After an additional two calls, I was told that if I read the terms and conditions, I had to order for $1000 if I was in Canada. Why they allowed me to place the order when my country and the amount are clearly specified and then requested I fill in a form with photo ID was a total waste of time. Terrible customer service, I should’ve been told this on the first call. They never reached out a single time to tell me there was a problem. Instead, I wasted two hours calling and sending forms by fax. They are clearly not on top of things, DONT ORDER HERE especially if it’s important. It took an additional three days for the charges to be released on my credit card. 10 days after my initial order, I received this email asking me to confirm that I had received the order.
