  Very prompt delivery, before the date stated. I wanted advice about how to measure but no answer when I rang. The website says ‘see picture or photograph’ with reference to measuring but I couldn’t find one so that wasn’t helpful. Delighted with splints which have immediately eased Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

  The only problem I had was deciding which of several very similar products to buy. More thought should go into helping the customer to choose, by explaining the differences in more detail, or suggesting why this feature would suit certain needs rather than a different feature. Maybe a comparison chart, or similar.

  My wrist support arrived quickly after I placed my order. I have been wearing it at night time while sleeping and I noticed a big improvement with my pins and needes after a couple of nights use of wearing the support and this has continued to improve. I bought it mainly for the pins and needles I was experiencing. In my hand and these were constant on and off all day but now I hardly notice them! Honestly I didnt know it would work so well and I actually can’t believe the improvement but I wanted to try a more natural approach before having injections in my hand. I’m so glad I did and the price was reasonable. Sizing … I was unsure whether to buy a large of extra large support as I was kind of on the cusp so I went for the XL as I couldn’t bear the thought of it being too small and struggling with that and returning it. It was the best decision as the XL fits great and you can tighten or loosen it anyway with the straps on the support and I find it very comfortable to wear. I’m so glad I chose this particular wrist support. I had read the reviews and just went for it. The plate inside is quite strong I think and I had tried a soft support before with zero results so if you are wondering whether to buy this … i 110% recommend , just wearing mine at nights have improved my pins and needles soooo much. This is the best item I’ve bought for my self my health and my well being this year! Brilliant product. Thanks Actesso!
