Review collected by a third partyHad a repair scheduled, 3 hours before arrival they called and canceled because they weren't the ones that installed the Generac system (came with house, so I don't know who installed it), this should have been checked when appointment was booked. Instead, they canceled and said try somebody else. This tells me three things: 1st - their techs aren't knowledgeable enough to understand anything they didn't install. Scary really that their electricians can't diagnose a problem that isn't already laid out for them. 2nd - the administrative staff isn't on the same page with how to accept service requests. 3rd - they don't need to find new customers. What they should fix: - Honer scheduled appointments - Hired skilled electricians capable of thinking beyond their own systems - Show up and possibly sell an updated system to gain new customers. I will be sure to spread the word that this company is filled with incompetent staff when asked for recommendations for a good electrician.

The technician sent to my home was Jason Hendrix, he answered all my questions and quickly put my mind at ease. I appreciate the level of honesty and that they weren’t just looking to make a quick buck off of me. Jasons is knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely communicative. I can rest easy knowing I now have a solid A/C company to call whenever I am in need!

He encouraged me to come along and see the process of testing the different components of the system for myself. After the successful "peace-of-mind" tests, he then patiently explained all different options, including future remedies & services. I would not hesitate to use this Co. & this specific Technician again in the future..!
