Review collected by a third partyRicardo went above and beyond when he showed up at my house in a torrential downpour. He trudged through six inch deep water to check out my outdoor breaker box. He found my issue and repaired it quickly. His concern for my floors due to all the water from his shoes was very genuine, despite my reassurances. He was amazingly polite, positive, and informative, while he had to be physically uncomfortable from being completely soaked. Thanks again for your perseverance and dedication to your work. Most definitely a skilled professional I would call on again for any future electrical issue.

Review collected by a third partyI got a groupon for an A/C tune-up with A1 electrical. When I called to make the appointment, the office staff seemed to not understand what I was calling to schedule and was confused. The technician came out and did my a/c "tune up" which at the point I'm not sure he if he did anything but inspect the unit. Then he gave me some crazy quotes. Including $1,200 to replace my rusty drain pan. Overall everyone I interacted with was polite, but $1,200 for a drain pan is insane. Please get multiple quotes before landing on this company. The stars I gave them was for their politeness and professionalism.

Review collected by a third partyI called and was told that I would get a refund for what I was charged for the free estimate and a copy of the estimate. Thank you. Just be sure to let people know upfront if you are going to attach any fees to their estimates or let them know there are ifs. None of that was explained to me.

After an A1 electrical team ran into unexpected issue that caused my AC to malfunction, they called Jason who drove straight from another job an hour away at 830pm at night to fix my issue on the spot. Despite the late hour, he took the time to ask questions to understand and patiently explain things, all while fixing the issue. Due to his efforts, my family was able to sleep in comfort on a hot summer night in Houston. Thanks Jason!

Update days after installation: even thought some things weren't working up to the goal right away, they responded to my call (or text for those who are more text driven) and immediately came to the house to make everything right.
