The technician showed up on schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything fixed without hassle. You can tell they really know what they’re doing when it comes to plumbing. The whole process was smooth, the price was reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

The communication between the scheduling and appointment date was lean (not to much nor too little)!! They even sent a BIO of the plumber that would be arriving! The guy shows up and is quick, friendly, and professional. This company deserves more business and the plumber deserves a raise! Thanks yall!

Review collected by a third partyMichael and his team did a superb job !!!! I thought it would take a while as the unit was in the ceiling. They had it done in 3-4 hours. They worked clean and put the ceiling back without any damage. Great service end to end!! Will definitely use them again and will recommend anytime someone needs someone. A1 for sure !! Thanks for making my day easier.

Review collected by a third partySo on Sunday 11/16 my A/C unit broke down and the A/C company that had been working on it couldn’t come on Sunday evening. So the next day the A/C company came and look at my unit and said the soft starter was no good and needed to be replaced. This company said they would be back later that afternoon or early evening and they never showed up. At 8:30P.M. after being told that the A/C company wouldn’t come out until the next morning I decided to look around and see who could come out. After remembering A1 Plus Service did my breaker panel replacement in 2022 and did and outstanding work, I reach out to A1 and they were able to send a technician that evening. About 30 minutes later Skylar rung the doorbell and was ready to help me get my A/C working properly again. Skylar not only put on a new soft starter he made sure all the wiring from the previous company was correct as well replaced a connector that the previous company damaged. I highly recommend using A1 Plus Services for A/C services as well as any electrical work that you may need completed. Their extremely fast arrival and their complete through repairs is worth every cent!!! Thank you Skylar and may God Bless you!!! Sincerely John

In fact is was almost HALF of the other quote we got. In all fairness we have one more quote to come in on Thursday. But, as of now he will more than likely get the job. More to follow
