He was super efficient and clean, and did great sealing our toilet, fixing our water pressure issue in the kitchen, and cleaning the water heater. I went above and beyond doing his work. Also, the coordination with A1 was super easy and smooth. The technician (Michael) arrived on time and did an excellent work.

Review collected by a third partyOn Wed night, our water just stopped. The next 2 days, Jeremy came out and went above and beyond to help us get our water back. Our water heater needed to be replaced and caused blockages and he took the time to suction and explain everything he was doing. He was here until 7/8 pm both night, as he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was polite and respectful, and definitely patient with all the questions and concerns my dad had. Truly professional, thank you.
