He installed two smart switches for me so quickly and made the whole process look effortless. What really stood out was how genuine and thoughtful he was. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even taught me a few things along the way. It never felt like I had just hired an electrician, it felt like I had family helping me with the project. If you want someone who does excellent work, treats your home with respect, and truly cares, I can’t recommend Luis enough. A1’s dispatch was super nice as well, very accommodating… and fast with the responses!

The service he provided TOP RATED!!! We definitely will be using A1 Plus for all of our electrical needs. Had a clogged pip kitchen issue this time, Michael Whitten once again was awesome- took care of everything in a professional manner - TOP RATED again with this issue! Review collected by a third partyPlumber Quinn was at our house to clear our kitchen drain issue. He was quick, courteous and professional. I also appreciate that the dispatchers were communicative on timelines and arrival- they gave me a two hour window and Quinn was on time. I've had other home service companies tell me to be available between 8am-6pm as if I have all day to wait around. Overall I would recommend A1

He also made recommendations on other updates we needed, but weren’t pressing, and gave us a ballpark figure on what it would cost to have those done when we were ready. 100% would recommend this company.
