  My experience with 42nd street photo was outstanding! Before I ordered they responded immediately to a few questions I had, very nice! I placed a pre-order and during the wait time they sent me a weekly status update and I had my Sony Alpha a7S II camera in 2 days. I highly recommend buying through them!   Incredible Customer Service I had an issue with the item I ordered. I emailed customer services regarding this and within three minutes (yes three minutes!!!) the issue was resolved and a replacement offered at no extra charge. That’s what you call customer service
