  When choosing my used Nikon D5100 camera, the person I emailed was incredibly helpful.   42nd street photo is an excellent place to purchase cameras/lenses. The prices are always the same or mostly better than elsewhere on other marketplaces. Free delivery is excellent with orders usually arriving sooner than expected. I've never returned an item from 42nd street photo but I'd assume that the customer service would be as good as the purchasing procedure as I've never had any issues. I'd definitely buy from 42nd street photo in the future

  The delivery of a Sony a7R V camera turned up on time. Packed in original Sony box. Very happy with product and service.   42PHOTO tops for used gear. Bought a used Nikon 200-500mm f5.6 lens Telephoto lens and teleconverter. Fantastic service once again, items exactly as described and arrived quickly. Purchased the Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Lens which appears as preorder on most other sites. 2 year warranty given and received this a few days after delivery.   Great service and decent price The Hasselblad XCD 55mm f2.5 lens was not in stock anywhere in the U.S. it seemed, but a call to Jonathan at the 42nd St. Photo confirmed they had it in stock at a decent price. This was my third significant purchase from them and, exactly as before, it went smoothly and I am happy as a result, being the owner of a nice new lens I couldn’t have got elsewhere. It was secured packed and delivered by D.H.L when I wanted. Very happy.
