  Probably the best customer service I received and one of the best experiences shopping online. This was the first time I received updates on an order rather than waiting a very long time. When I contacted them, they replied the next day. Will definitely come back if I need more cameras and lenses in the future.

  I had an inquiry regarding the order I placed and I was emailed a response soon after. The person helped clarify a few things and my order went through no problem. Ordered a camera and two lenses on line, late on a Friday afternoon and it all arrived the next day, which was superb, as I hadn't booked weekend delivery.   Can't say enough good things about 42nd street photo- great bundles, pricing and timely shipping for my new Canon R7 camera, 42photo.com was the quickest route as at the time I bought it because other sellers were either out of stock or longer delivery time. The online transaction was smooth and easy and the communication was informative and appreciated. Shipping was as promised, 3 day and free!   Had to wait for out of stock issue but was informed along the way and given option to cancel... fair enough. Item was finally discontinued which was disappointing but found the equivalent on ADORAMA at the same price so no problems with 42Photo who I have been using for years as my first port of call for photographic equipment.

  I purchased a brand new Canon EOS RP camera at a very competitive price. It was indeed brand new, genuine, and came in a sealed Canon box. So far I have purchased a couple lenses, extension grip and a spare battery for the unit and have overall been satisfied with its performance.
