Verified reviewOur remote start had ot worked for year or so. We made an appt to have it repaired. It was a matter of recharging the unit. It took 20 mins to repair. Great service and quick.

Verified reviewPurchased new Bronco Wildtrak. Immediately realized I need to improve good, but not great sound system. Asked and recieved recommendations. We discussed and they blew me away. Upgraded 6 speakers and sub. Plus added amplifiers. In addition I had them put a half convertible top and after market headlights as well as a bank of 3 fog lights, 3 on rack side of steel midular bumper utilizing stock auxiliary switches. All work performed expertly and result was beyond expectations. They kept me informed of progress and ensured my brand new vehicle was clean and spotless upon return. This was not my first visit and will not be my last. I give my highest rating !

Verified reviewIt's been a very good experience with Tri-State. But my new speakers showed up as used when I found old solder on the terminals. When I inquired, they initially said there was something wrong. Upon re-checking they assured me the speakers were new. I persisted for an exchange which they honored and paid for return shipping. I ordered a different speaker and am satisfied with it being brand new. Jw took good care of me during the process and overall good communication.
