Verified reviewMy order came loosely packaged with no insulation around the carbon fiber trim pieces. This resulted in all 4 pieces being scratched and scuffed to the point that I will probably not install them on my car. This could of been avoided with proper packaging and this has been a total waste of my money. I am going to nail them to my garage wall as a constant reminder of this awful occurrence. Buyer beware ............

Robert, I am sorry to hear that the parts arrived with some damage. I looked through your order and emails and did not see an attempt to contact us regarding this. As we notate in our ordering and shipping guidelines, we provide insurance on all our packages. This will cover it from any types of damages, lost packages, or missing parts as well. Since they are fully covered, we always recommend to contact us to report the issue and have it properly handled. However, you never contact us regarding this to help resolve the issue. Considering the situation, we can definitely help replace the product. I can also have our mangers look over the shipment to ensure it is properly packaged as well. Verified reviewThe customer service was good. Always answers emails quickly. My issue is with the item received I was sold. Bought brand new head lights for '07 civic si 1. Your website listed the bulbs are H1 low beam and H3 hight beam so I took it on good faith to order new LED bulbs. So they arrive all at same time.. upon opening up the box realized your website is wrong. They are BOTH Infact H1 and NO H3 bulbs at all. Now I have to order more bulbs since I ordered the wrong ones. 2. When Installing the head lights also realized there is dust inside the head lights from factory and seal in and a finger print in the dust on the projection lense glass. I can not clean it! Tho it doesn't effect the light for the head lights .. it looks dirty and my car is very clean. 3 lastly they do not adjust horizontally and both point towards eachother crossing like a X What am I to do? I Uninstall everything? To return it? Then Try to return $180 worth of LED bulbs I can't use. I haven't even got to the point of actually driving with them.. Extremely frustrated with my purchase!

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I understand that the part listed did not include correct notes. We had a tech look into the matter and found that the notes the manufacturer provided was incorrect. Since we do not manufacturer the parts at all, we rely on the information the manufacturer provided us. Since finding this, we did get in contact with them to correct this and we updated the listing on our site a well. The dust could have also occurred during the manufacturing as well. Unfortunately, as mentioned previously, we do not manufacturer them. However, since a warranty is offered, we can definitely follow up with them to help have this corrected. As for horizontal adjustment, not even the stock headlights offer this. In most cases, you must adjust the actual headlight to do so. From our experience, no headlight for the 8th gen (06-11) civic, whether stock or aftermarket, will offer direct horizontal adjustment. Though we understand that there are issues pertaining to this order, we do still want to help you resolve these issues. As mentioned in our conversations via email, the parts have warranties, we answer our customers questions quickly, and work to ensure our customers are happy and well taken care of. Not much more you can ask for when ordering replica cosmetics. If only y'all made a set of side skirts for the FA5 I would be ordering again!!
