Verified reviewNot the greatest communication from representative I talked to as to why my order wasn't shipped. Ended up waiting two weeks to get the parts. The website did not say parts were not in stock.

Martin, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Note that you ordered the parts on 7/14 after we had closed for the day. It began to process through the following day, 7/15 when we opened and we attempted to contact you the same day regarding this issue. We did speak with you and provided the information you made a decision the same day. The stock check is based on information from our warehouses and the manufacturer. Unfortunately, even though we and the manufacturer do what we can to minimize errors, inventory errors can still occur. Though the manufacturer showed it in stock, we were notified that they were not on the shelf. We immediately contacted you and notified you of the issue. We also provided you with options on what you can do, such as switch to something else, wait, or cancel, as well. You chose to wait for the items and we ensured to update you by a specific date. The manufacturer did confirm them back in stock earlier than expected and were shipped out immediately. We provided you with tracking and ensure they arrived quickly as well. Though we understand the frustrations this can cause, we ensure you were notified immediately, provided you with alternatives, and ensure that the parts were shipped as quickly as possible. We do not leave you waiting and wondering about your order and always strive to provide optimal information, which was relayed to you the same day the order was being processed through. Verified reviewPro Car studio is an oustanding company to buy car parts from. Although they don't always answer the phone they do indeed answer the e-mails in a timely manner and fast. Their prices are very reasonable and the shipping is extraordinary fast. Over the ast 2 years I ordered a few things from them and the experience has been hassle free. I highly recommend them.

Verified review17 yr old here and for my first car mod purchase PROCIVIC was good and the ability to add your car to search for compatibility was accurate and useful. product arrived surprisingly quick and was well sealed and packed. overall was a great purchase and would recommend them to anyone!
