I had already emailed Mike with the pictures. He sent it to Cam, who contacted me. I sent him the pictures and he sent the second cable. I have spoken with Cam about the second one being wrong also. He said he Was sending a third cable out to me. That was on Friday. 4/26/24. I still don't have the cable.

Verified reviewYou need to sit down with your supplier . Ask them why they can't get you a Right front fender. You have had a customer waiting for 5 months . 5 months !! And you never sent an update on the order .

Mike, Yes I have placed many orders . And I will continue to give you busness . I have a lot to go on my 46 . My review was for a single item . I was asked about my last purchase . Not an overall rating . But if you don't get your part no one ever sends you an email to review that purchase . That being said . ( I will now give an overall rating . ) A badly needed fender came in the Mail today . I saw your mane on it and that it came from another part supplier . Thank You. I'm not a "Karen". Maybe to many screws loose in my Brain . I have a 100 % disability from the VA. My CJ 2a makes me Happy . Another thing is my phone calls to your parts counter . They have helped me out of a few problems . It's no ordinary vehicle . The parts you carry , right down to the bolts and screws . Please don't get me wrong . "I need to know how to change my stars in that review . " And lastly . That one Star did get me that needed part. Thank you again Oscar Morris Free Canes for Veterans Inc.

And frequently update the Eta. But got ahold of someone very easily and got my answer. Customer service is very good.

Verified reviewThe products are well defined and easy to identify in the catalog. The website is easy to use. The site needs to notify purchasers of out of stock items. The orders are always short parts or damaged. The shipping needs improvement to protect items. The orders need to be checked for content and correct items and matching items. Not different manufacturers resulting in different items. The staff is helpful in correcting issues but I should not have to take my time to correct there faults. I am going to look for another vendor.
