Verified reviewKaiser Willys is very convenient to make purchases because they offer almost all parts to rebuild my jeep. Communication is great. I know when my parts were ordered and when they were shipped. So, on the plus side—convenience and communication. On the minus side, packaging and backorders. I’ve made at least 6 big orders from KW over the last month. On nearly every order one to several items were backordered. I’d prefer if their website showed that the part was in stock, or not. Now I have a dozen items out on backorder that I have to keep track of. Packaging is abysmal. Heavy items are tossed onto fragile items and boxes aren’t secured sufficiently. They sent me a fuel pump and carburetor on TOP of a head gasket, which was ruined. Another package opened in transit and everything but 1 item fell out. I never received those items.

We are always happy to help. We do our best to package up everything properly but UPS and Fedex can be really rough and sometimes heavy items will damage lighter ones. If you ever have a problem just let us know - we will reship to you at no cost. I see just a few small backorders on your account. Email mike@Kaiserwillys.com to help out. You made the head gasket right by sending another. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one, but you sent me yet another correct one. My latest order delivered on 2 July had a single item in it with a big tear in the box. No packing slip so I wasn’t sure what was shipped. I assumed it was the long exhaust pipe only. I learned a lesson there. So, I only received part of the exhaust kit (the long pipe)…nothing else. That package was missing most of stock number 641856K, 647629, A6895, B0000, A2150, and A290. Poor packaging and rough handling by shipper are to blame. My mistake was not following up immediately. I called today and spoke with someone, but they told me to contact shipper. Another package was sent to the wrong address, yet another had the wrong invoice attached (to a different customer). I’m trying to offer constructive criticism. I like shopping at KW, but I sure want to receive what I paid for. Thank you.

Verified reviewPayant la commande, transport non inclus et on me signal que la commande est incomplète. Demande de fournir ma carte de crédit sans me fournir le montant du transport. Après quelques échanges avec un représentant celui me donne enfin le montant du transport , au de la de 60$ usd pour une petite pièce de 13$ usd. C'est ridicule. Aujourd'hui on abuse de tout.
