I have ordered a lot of parts from Kaiser and only had one issue with a part ordered and Mike was very helpful and resolved issue very fast. It’s great working with people that know jeeps. Verified reviewI ordered my parts Dec. 23rd so I didn't expect them to be shipped right away, but they were shipped the following Monday so I was quite happy with that. Kaiser Willys had the best price I could find for the master carb kit and a comprehensive set of rebuild instructions was included. The only downside is that the print quality of the instructions was not very good, some parts of the instructions are unreadable. I also ordered the service manual for my truck, and it is very readable. They do have some pdf instructions on their website and they're quick to answer questions, so I don't expect to have any trouble at all rebuilding my carburetor.

Verified reviewThe product and service is good overall, with the exception that in the case of back orders, I wish the organization would keep its customers informed with up to date communication of projected delivery status’s. I realize these projections are fluid, but, it’s much easier for your customers to forgive these changes so long as they are kept informed

Verified reviewThe ease of ordering through Kaiser Willys online or on the phone has both been flawless. This latest purchase was regarding points, condenser, rotors, cap, plugs, and wires for my 1961 Willys project. In this particular case, I used their magazine to choose the correct parts. I couldn't locate the distributor tag prior to purchase, but the product notes in the magazine gave me confidence in ordering the parts without calling. After the parts arrived, and I removed the cap clips, their was the distributor tag. Low and behold, the tag number matched the parts I ordered. This has been a fun project, but I have a long ways to go, and I'm sure I will be do much more business with Kaiser Willys with this project, and future projects to come.

Verified reviewWill order from again but their packaging of orders is less than to be expected. 40 items thrown in one big box bouncing around from the FedEx man. The paper manual was destroyed. Sent the wrong pressure plate, I had to call them and they said, oh yeah we know, to expected timeframe for the right one, canceled that order and ordered from another vendor. Same with motor and tranny mounts, not in stock but did not tell me. Canceled and ordered elsewhere.
