Junk King is GREAT! It was easy to schedule a haul. ACTUALLY SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON—NO AUTOMATED ATTENDANT. How refreshing! Called late afternoon on Sunday (Easter Sunday to boot!) and was scheduled for following day 1000-1200! Received price at the onset; received confirmation nbr via email within a minute. Received a call day of that team was in area and finished early and asked if I’d like to have them arrive early. LOVE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It is a dying breed. The team arrived, assessed my haul and had it gone within 15-20 minutes. They were very friendly, respected COVID-19 prerequisites, and professional at every step. They protected our property (walls, doorways, entry ways and thresholds). We will definitely use them again next month and we recommend them to all.
