Waited all day for them to arrive. Set up appointment for 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 12 o’clock rolled by and no call. I called and was told the driver would call me. The driver called but said they were scheduled to come between 12-1, basically called me a liar. Then the driver said they were running late and they would be arriving at 2. Had to call again after no one showed after 3:30 and was told someone would be out in 30 minutes, driver calls 30 minutes later saying he would be arriving in 20 minutes. Finally at 4:30 the truck arrived. Driver was nice and apologetic, but this was ridiculous. Will never use Junk King Contra Costa again.

The gentleman that showed up were very courteous they called 15 minutes before their arrived would definitely recommend junk King to somebody else

They were prompt, and very quick with their work! Friendly, and polite, they were a great choice! Not to mention how willing they were to take whatever we needed removed, will for sure be calling them again when we need more stuff removed!

Excellent service. Very responsive and they were able to make last minute adjustments to get additional trucks and crews to the job, which I really appreciated. The crews travelled a good distance to get to our location, which I also appreciated. Thanks, Junk King Northern VA/MD. Good work.
