This is an update to the review I already left. Upon contacting Junk King about the $20 off that I had not received, they immediately got back to me and said they would refund me. I appreciate that kind of customer service and their promptness to rectify it has increased my opinion of their services and using them again in the future.

I was given a two hour window as to when they would arrive, and they were there within the first half hour. The two gentlemen were efficient and courteous. I would definitely use Junk King again!

Great at hauling stuff away. Pricing WAY to expensive. Quoted a discount price of $450.00 only if I give driver & his helper a $40.00 tip each. The NERVE! But I paid it because I wanted the stuff gone. Next time I'll hire someone outside our big home improvement store.
