Verified reviewService was ok. He showed up on time, and was courteous but did not have any helper with him and I had some extremely heavy equipment to move. The winch in the truck was not working either and my husband had to help move the equipment into the truck. He has a health condition and was not really supposed to be doing that kind of heavy work. But they got the job done and the worker was able to handle the other things himself (good thing my husband had a heavy duty equipment dolly he could use for some other stuff). I cannot blame the worker, but he was not well equipped to handle this job. I had sent a text with pictures of the items to have hauled away so he should have had another person with him and working equipment. Would I use them again? Probably not. I didn’t feel like the customer service answered my questions when I first made contact and I was supposed to get $20 off for the online appointment but I did not. It ended up being more expensive than anticipated.
