Verified reviewPick up personnel did not bring adequate equipment or tools to remove appliance from residence. This led to minor yet avoidable damage/scratches to walls and flooring, despite my repeatedly mentioning in advance of appt the need for them to come prepared with specific equipment to handle task in a difficult/restricted setting in which they would have to manage and maneuver. I was not happy.
