Verified reviewWas quoted by driver when they arrived that my “junk” was a half a truck which was completely ludicrous. I have used this service many many times and am quite aware of how much it takes to fill a 1/4, 1/3 and 1/2 truck. When I pushed back, the driver informed me their prices had gone up, which of course has nothing to do with how much of the truck he thinks I will fill. The driver kept insisting it was half a truck and I felt like I had no choice but to proceed because I had already hauled all of my “junk” outside— and I was hoping that once he saw it in the truck he would see his error. When they were done, I asked him if he had reconsidered because it was clear as we were looking in the truck that it was no where near half a truck, but he continued to insist that it was which at that point was just plain dishonest. (I have serveral pics) It’s a shame because I have used this service as my “go to” for years and have always been treated with respect and quoted fairly but today I just feel completely disrespected. Will not be using again.

Verified reviewThis service was very easy to book an appointment to have guys take the big stuff and remove it from the home. They called when they were on their way and it was in the window that they said they would come. When they got to my place, it about 20 minutes, they had taken the sectional out and the ottoman, one person reviewed the price and it was all said and done. I would hire them again if I need.
