Verified reviewRequested an estimate a few days ago. They asked for pictures and descriptions of the items that needed to be taken. Junk King estimated the total would be $328 but that this might change slightly when the worker arrived to haul the junk away. During the arrival timeframe I requested, the local branch called saying that they would not be able to make it during the desired time. The person also asked for a rundown of the items and said that the initial estimate sounded low but they would be able to tell more on arrival. After arriving, they gave an estimate of $696, more than double the original estimate! They did not honor the $20 discount that the Junk King website advertises. There was also an un-advertised 3% credit/debit fee. I did not end up having all of my items removed because of the bait and switch pricing. First time/last time customer.
