Verified reviewThey were very friendly and prompt, and for an extra 100.00 were willing to come to my home about 30 miles away.However there was a major problem. I called to have trash cleaned up and hauled from a large drainage ditch out front of my home, and I needed it done right away! Unfortunately that did not happen. The men were here an hour and a half (not the two I was told they would be), and they spent that time cleaning up the bank of the ditch.When I went out to check their progress I was told they would not do my ditch(the most important thing I needed done!). It cost me 500.00 for what they did and I still did not get my main problem solved!! For plain old haul away junk stuff I would say they are probably great, but I am left with a problem because they did not do what I called for.

Verified reviewThey arrived right on time. Two super nice young gentlemen. I showed them what I wanted them to take and they told me upfront how much it would cost. I agreed and they immediately started loading the truck. They were efficient, careful, friendly and I would ask for them again if need be or at least highly recommend…..Ken & Tyler were their names if you are in the Cincinnati area. So happy to know they will be donating my usable items. Thanks Junk-King!!!!
