It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment on the phone and everyone I talked to was extremely professional and helpful. I had my choice of dates and times and I received phone calls along the way to confirm my appointment and from Josh, my mover, to let me know when he would arrive. Josh was delightful, extremely professional and just a nice guy. He quickly removed two large recliners and a very tall metal shelving unit. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Junk King and thank you Josh! You made my day!

The price was less than I expected and the guys were professional and respectful. I've used Junk King before and have already scheduled them to return next week. I would definitely recommend them.

Verified reviewThey got my couch out alright, but they left some junk in front of my building that I asked them to take. Kinda frustrating as they charge by the truck and I asked if I could put it in with my singular couch they charged around 200 dollars to deal with.

They came out and picked up our old couches and a heavy grill that was simply too much for us to move ourselves. Being older, lifting and hauling large items just isn’t something we can safely do anymore, so their help was truly appreciated. The team was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They provided a clear estimate before starting the job, which I really liked because there were no surprises. Another great thing is that they offer same-day service if you want your items removed right away. They handled everything quickly and carefully, and the whole process was very easy for us. If you have bulky items or heavy junk that you can’t move yourself, I highly recommend Junk King Greensboro. They made a stressful task simple and hassle-free!
