They needed me to confirm my billing address since it was different than the shipping location, but due to my job I was away from technology for week and they canceled my order the first round. Otherwise shipping was smooth and the part fits well. This is saying a lot because ford is unique in parts for no reason.

Review collected by a third partyMy experience for being the first time buyer was very good, the part shipped quickly and I received it earlier than expected, for this reason I say that my experience with this website was very good. When it comes to contact the company and speak with Tech Support, it was and still is difficult, I've tried to contact them several times and tried different options with no luck, one can only communicate with them via email, in my case I needed to speak with someone, didn't have time to wait for an answer via email. It is my opinion that buying parts at this website (if you don't have any questions) is easy and they ship quickly, when it comes to their technical support they need to have a live person to answer questions, why list a phone number if there isn't anyone to pick up the phone? That's my opinion.
