I actually order it on a Saturday and on Monday when they opened they processed and shipped very expeditiously. It was processed and shipped on 16 December and I received it on 18 December, you can ask for any better than that. These folks are professionals, they will answer your questions and help you in determining what you need and get it to you quickly. Oh also the motor was very well packaged to keep it from damage.
